This Is What Training Day Looks Like
This course spans multiple days combining intensive didactic preparation with live patient surgical experience. The format is designed to simulate real-world clinical conditions so you can operate with confidence when you return to your practice.

Sunday prior to the course: Live Q&A session with Dr. Williams

Wednesday and Thursday: Didactic training and technique instruction

Thursday and Friday: Reserved for hands-on live patient treatment
Patient Guarantees

All participants are guaranteed the removal of 8 impacted third molars.You may perform more extractions as time and skill level allow.

You will also assist your partner in removing another 8 impactions — a total of 16 impactions per attendee.

The instructor-to-participant ratio is 1:2, ensuring close mentorship throughout.

Patients are treated without sedation to simulate real-life clinical conditions you'll face back in your office.
Case Review Process
All patient treatment and panoramic X-rays are reviewed after each surgery. Participants discuss treatment outcomes and interact with patients post-treatment — building the case debrief habit that accelerates long-term skill development.
Group/DSO training sessions are also available. Dr. Williams has trained at PACE Centers and multiple group practice facilities. Contact us to discuss a custom training engagement for your team.

Course fees are non-refundable for circumstances beyond Jared E Williams DDS PLLC's control. In the event of program cancellation, registrants receive a credit toward another continuing education course. Attendees who cannot attend after registering receive credit for the next available course, provided their space can be filled.
