The reality is that most people fear oral surgery. They fear the pain. They fear the cost. They fear being awake for a procedure that they have heard horror stories about — usually from someone whose own care was rushed, impersonal, or under-anesthetized.
The Smile After Surgery Movement exists to change that. Through pain-controlled IV sedation, refined surgical technique, calm patient communication, and price-conscious access programs, every patient who walks into one of Dr. Williams’ surgical days should walk back out feeling cared for — not just operated on.
That mission also drives the doctor-training side of the practice. Every general dentist who learns The JW Method takes the same standard back to their own patients. The Movement scales not just one office, but many.

Cost-Effective
Wisdom Tooth Removal
The Smile After Surgery program offers third-molar (wisdom tooth) extraction on specific patient-care days throughout the year, at significantly reduced cost compared to a standard surgical fee.
Each event day is run from one of Dr. Williams’ host offices in the Greater Houston area, using the same IV sedation, surgical protocol, and post-op care every full-fee patient receives. The price is different. The standard of care is not.
Spots are limited and offered on a registration basis — please submit the registration form to be considered for the next available date.

Able to travel
Must be able to travel to greater Houston Area host office for the procedure
IV-sedation
Standard fasting and IV-sedation pre-op requirements apply — same as a full-fee surgical day.
After the Surgery
You must arrange a designated driver for the day of surgery.
